⚠ My panel is set to canary but it's say i am on ghcr.io/pterodactyl/panel:latest THAT'S NORMAL it's an error from PterodactylReposit but your on the last version and not on develop. ⚠

Pterodactyl® is a free, open-source game server management panel built with PHP, React, and Go. Designed with security in mind, Pterodactyl runs all game servers in isolated Docker containers while exposing a beautiful and intuitive UI to end users.

- ⚠ A redis server is now required for above 1.7.0 version !
- Database required. MariaDB and PhpMyAdmin is the app recommended by me.
- For outside connexion, you have to setup the SSl key yourself. NginxReverseProxy is the app recommended by me.

¶ Setup for SSL
¶ Notes
- To create the SSL required for Pterodactyl Deamon. You do need an DomainName that you “own” and who is redirecting at you house IP.
- You do need an reverse Proxy at least in this tuto
I will personnally use "THE_SAME_NAME_OF_YOUR_DOMAIN_NAME_USE_BEFORE" all long during the tuto to decise your domain name without the "https" and "/"
¶ Create the SSL using Nginx.
- Open your NginxProxyManager and login into the panel.
- Go to the SSL tab.
- Create a new SSL using your domain name.
You can pay or use free domain name.
You cannot use an general ssl like
*.domainename.com❌ your ssl need to have the full name including subdomain name !deamon.domainename.com✅
- After creating your SSL open your SFT/FTP software and login into your unraid.
- Then go to the path and set to see the highest by last modification :
/mnt/user/appdata/NginxProxyManager-CrowdSec/UnraidData/certifications/live/npm-xxx - Then in that folder copy
fullchain.pem&privkey.pem - past them into a new folder such has this path.
/mnt/user/appdata/pterossl/THE_SAME_NAME_OF_YOUR_DOMAIN_NAME_USE_BEFORE/
- inside of the template for Pterodactyl-Deamons edit the path DeamonsLetsenscrypt to match where is your ssl.
- after the
/etc/letsencrypt/live/set the name of your domain to match it.

- After that re-save your docker and this template is now finish !
